2 What to include
Name the page, quote the sentence, and say what should be there instead. For anything visual, a screenshot plus your browser and device usually lets us reproduce the fault first time.
3 What we cannot help with
Anything inside a casino account — deposits, bonuses, verification, locked balances, closed accounts. We are not the operator and have no access to those systems.
4 Press and research
We will explain how a figure was verified and point to the primary source. Quote the page you are working from and we will confirm whether it still stands.
If a sentence here reads as vague, that is a fault worth reporting.
